Exercise

Exercise is one of the best medicines for many health issues. It can reduce anxiety, depression, and also help lose weight. When in the act of doing exercise the human body releases a hormone called endorphins. Which helps reduce stress and avoid anxiety/depression.  It will cause a boost of energy of feeling good. For example, when you are finished with your workout and after you feel great almost like a phase of exhilaration. 

Exercise can also help pump your blood circulation and help be more productive. Which can also help strengthen your metabolism. 

Exercise can also help with your overall self image. Which can make your more confident and turn that inner confidence to outer confidence. So your mood will improve and stress/anxiety will decrease in result.

Time

  • 150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity
  • 75 minutes a week of vigorous physical activity
  • 20 minute muscle strengthening activities for two days of the week


Types of Exercise

Aerobic exercise - Moderate intensity activities that use large muscle groups and can be sustained for an extended period.

  • Examples: Cycling, swimming, and distance running


Anaerobic exercise - Shorter, more activity focused on building strength and power.

  • Examples: Sprinting, weight lifting, and interval training

Secret Ways to Exercise 

There is so many secret ways to exercise and not know you are.

  1. Walking alone or with a pet.
  2. Dancing
  3. Going out for a swim
  4. Playing a sport
  5. Avoid taking the elevator and take the stairs.
