Being relaxed is very important to avoid stress. It is the key coping mechanism. When being relaxed your body and mind is at ease and recovering what you just went through. It is almost like charging your phone. There is many ways to relax. Different for people but there is something for everyone.

Getting a good night sleep it important for managing stress. When we’re tired, dealing with stress becomes harder, and we might feel more irritable and upset. Having a consistent bedtime, not doing things other than sleeping in bed, and keeping the lights dim before sleeping are a few easy tips. 

Sleep tips: 

  • Beds should only be for sleep, not for homework or watching TV.
  • Dim lights an hour before bedtime to signal the body to prepare for sleep as exposure to lights late at night, can confuse the body’s internal clock and disrupt sleep patterns.

Time Management

Time management on your stress levels and academic success. This study shows that a short time management training can make a big difference. Students who participated reported feeling less stressed and showed better time management skills after learning techniques like prioritizing tasks and setting goals. The training was especially helpful for those with little experience in time management. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling with your workload, consider incorporating time management strategies into your routine. It's a simple but effective way to reduce stress and boost your overall well-being. Small changes can lead to significant improvements in managing your time and achieving your goals.
